Pre-season 2011-12

Wrestlers and Parents-
We hope that you enjoyed the summer off and that you are excited and settling in to a new school year!  We are doing some great things at Herriman this year and are especially excited about the upcoming wrestling season!  Most young men are involved in other sports or putting in a lot of hours in the gym and other conditioning.
If you are not in the 4th period athletics class or you have not received your workout for the pre-season, please call, visit, or email me ASAP!  We need everyone to be putting in the work now so that we are not behind come November!  Conditioning workouts will be coming out this week as well.  Please do not delay on getting in the best shape possible for the season!!!  You hard work now will pay great dividends in the near future!
We will be holding a players meeting after school in the next few weeks.  We will discuss the season schedule, practice schedule, lifting and conditioning, and fund-raising.  We want to get the fund-raising over and done with before the season begins so that we can focus on TAKING REGION!!!
Please stay posted as we'll update the blog and twitter regularly.  Any announcement will be put here.  Thanks for all you do!
